Be patient when trying to burn body fat through exercise. It takes time and a considerable amount of effort to get some sort of rapid fat loss only by exercise. So if you want to burn your last rounds of increasing fat workouts, give yourself enough time to start seeing results. Also remember that muscle is denser than fat. So thin you can see / oh you only have a slight weight reduction.
